Are you an exceptional Industrial Designer ready to make a profound impact on the next generation of physical products? We're seeking a visionary Senior Lead to join a pioneering team, where your expertise will directly influence the tangible future, transforming complex ideas into groundbreaking realities. This is an unparalleled opportunity to lead the charge in defining product aesthetics, functionality, and user interaction from concept to realization, leaving your mark on products used by millions.

**What You'll Do:**

* Translate complex human-centered design (HCD) insights and strategic opportunities into novel, tangible physical product concepts.

* Develop compelling product proposals by synthesizing quantitative customer data with qualitative insights to define core value propositions.

* Provide leading expertise in form exploration, ergonomics, and material considerations.

* Create initial low-fidelity prototypes-both physical and digital renderings or models-to communicate and evaluate design intent early in the development process.

* Think holistically across physical and digital touchpoints to integrate physical product design with digital user experiences.

* Lead design evaluation activities, including co-creation sessions and design research, and iterate on designs based on feedback.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Expert level professional experience with more than 10 years in Industrial Design.

* Skilled in core design tools including Blender, Rhino, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and VRED.
