Additional Information:

This is a remote position and will be expected to travel at least 20% of the time. The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

  1. Customized Content Creation (70%)

    1. Regional Segment Content & Playbooks: Support the development of regional segment specific playbooks and regional customization of market materials, including case studies, win stories, application guides, sell sheets, promotional event content, and customer presentation decks-for use by the Field Marketing and Sales teams in priority segments such as Energy, Water & Wastewater/Infrastructure, and Manufacturing & Processing.

    2. Cross-Functional Technical Alignment: Support collaboration with Product Management, Technical Service, and Demand Creation teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance across content, including surface preparation, lining system designs, PFP, CUI, and maintenance scenarios. Support alignment of materials with active campaigns and regional and segment strategies.

    3. Sales Enablement & Tools: Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of sales enablement tools, including one pagers, case studies, best practices, and competitive insights. Support the management of a searchable, "grab and go" content library to support Sales and Field Marketing Managers.

  1. Support the Field Marketing Organization (30%)

    1. Campaign activation: Support regional campaigns and customer engagement programs aligned to portfolio, segment, and regional priorities. Assist with coordination of target lists, deployment cadences, and follow up workflows within CRM.

    2. Sales collaboration: Support collaboration with the Sales team in regional business reviews; assist in translating opportunity themes and field feedback into quick turn campaigns and targeted content; assist with coordination of customer outreach efforts.

    3. Regional events & tradeshows: Support the development of region-specific stories, demos, and messaging for events and tradeshows. Support post event reviews, assist with capturing booth and customer learnings, and support translation of insights into new or improved marketing assets.

    4. Portfolio & NPL support: Support the development and deployment of New Product Launch (NPL) materials aligned with segment and regional priorities to increase adoption and effectiveness across Sales and Marketing teams.

    5. Business alignment & reporting: Support the maintenance of dashboards, budget trackers, campaign calendars, and regular report outs to support ongoing alignment between Sales, Segment/Portfolio, and Marketing Communications teams.

    6. Market intelligence: Support monitoring of market and owner activity, competitive dynamics, and regional trends; assist with synthesizing inputs into actionable insights that support campaign planning and content development.

Additional Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and customer engagement

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

  • Proficiency with design and content creation tools to develop effective marketing assets

    • Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools and CRM software to support campaign execution and performance tracking

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.).
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
  • Must have a bachelors degree or higher in marketing or business
  • Must have two (2) years of progressive experience in field marketing or demand creation roles
  • Must be able to travel 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have industry experience with coatings or construction industry
