In this role, you'll analyze returned products, uncover root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards across complex equipment and systems.

Hours and Pay



  • Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-time

Daily Responsibilities



  • Conduct failure analysis and complaint investigations on returned products
  • Review device data and document findings with accurate coding and reporting
  • Perform root cause analysis using testing tools and established methodologies
  • Identify trends and patterns through data analysis and manufacturing data review
  • Support investigations related to NCEPs and CAPAs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Supplier Management, and Operations
  • Escalate product issues and contribute to risk assessment and resolution strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability
  • Support lab operations, testing, and process enhancements


Requirements



  • High School Diploma and at least 1 year of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, MES, or TrackWise
  • Background in manufacturing, production, or quality environments
  • 2-3 years of related experience in quality, testing, or investigation roles
