In this role, you'll analyze returned products, uncover root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards across complex equipment and systems. Daily Responsibilities Conduct failure analysis and complaint investigations on returned products Review device data and document findings with accurate coding and reporting Perform root cause analysis using testing tools and established methodologies Identify trends and patterns through data analysis and manufacturing data review Support investigations related to NCEPs and CAPAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, Supplier Management, and Operations Escalate product issues and contribute to risk assessment and resolution strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability Support lab operations, testing, and process enhancements Requirements High School Diploma and at least 1 year of related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Effective written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience with systems such as SAP, MES, or TrackWise Background in manufacturing, production, or quality environments 2-3 years of related experience in quality, testing, or investigation roles This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical, investigative environment and wants to play a key role in improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
