We've been part of memorable moments and milestones for countless customers and colleagues. Those stories are part of what makes this such a special place to work. Job Overview The Digital Program Manager delivers business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent project and program management practices. Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to understand enterprise-wide priorities, assess program interdependencies, and provide insights and recommendations that drive the company's digital vision and strategic goals. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Skilled at proactively identifying risks, issues, and roadblocks, managing dependencies across initiatives, and driving timely resolution to ensure successful delivery. Change Management: Strong understanding of organizational change management principles, with experience leading adoption, alignment, and disciplined execution across large-scale programs. Technical Fluency: Comfortable translating between technical and business audiences, with hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready metrics, summaries, presentations, and reporting that drive clarity and alignment. Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Data-informed, decisive problem solver who evaluates complex information, makes informed decisions quickly, and focuses on outcomes and results. Leadership, Influence & Team Building: Natural ability to build followership, motivate teams, resolve conflict, and influence without direct authority in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
