Position Summary The Quality Engineer / Specialist I supports day-to-day quality activities within manufacturing operations. This role focuses on learning core quality systems, supporting inspections and data analysis, and assisting with problem-solving efforts to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Support inspection, testing, and documentation activities Assist with nonconformance tracking and corrective action documentation Collect and analyze quality data related to defects, scrap, and rework Support audits and compliance activities under guidance Partner with production teams to understand quality requirements Learn core quality tools, standards, and systems Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Foundational understanding of quality principles Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline Basic data analysis skills Willingness to learn and work cross-functionally Education and Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Experience 0-2 years of quality or manufacturing experience Our Benefits We care about and invest in our employees.
