Position Summary

The Quality Engineer / Specialist I supports day-to-day quality activities within manufacturing operations. This role focuses on learning core quality systems, supporting inspections and data analysis, and assisting with problem-solving efforts to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support inspection, testing, and documentation activities
  • Assist with nonconformance tracking and corrective action documentation
  • Collect and analyze quality data related to defects, scrap, and rework
  • Support audits and compliance activities under guidance
  • Partner with production teams to understand quality requirements
  • Learn core quality tools, standards, and systems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Foundational understanding of quality principles
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Willingness to learn and work cross-functionally

Education and Experience

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience
    • 0-2 years of quality or manufacturing experience
