• Strategic Expansion: Design and execute aggressive branch sales strategies tailored to the vibrant San Diego and Southern California landscape.
• Community Networking: Get out from behind the desk! Lead outbound calling, host in-person meetings, and network relentlessly to capture new market share.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership on high-impact marketing and seamlessly route lucrative small business credit opportunities to our lending experts.

Be the Face of San Diego

• CRA Advocacy: Champion our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives to ensure we are actively giving back to the neighborhoods we serve.
• Local Leadership: Represent the bank in prominent San Diego civic and professional organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce.
• Give Back: Dedicate a minimum of 10 compensable CRA volunteer hours annually to causes that matter.

• Experience: 7+ years thriving in a competitive branch banking environment (Required).
• Leadership: 5+ years of proven branch management and team-building success (Required).
• Expertise: 3+ years successfully managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Track Record: A documented history of driving branch growth and shattering sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with core banking software and the MS Office Suite.
• Mobility: Current California driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle for business travel.
• Bonus Points: Active Notary Public designation is highly preferred.
