Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, executionfocused Project Manager to serve as the right hand to the VP of Corporate Services. This role will play a critical part in keeping a fastmoving Finance & Accounting Technology organization running smoothly-owning operations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring projects, teams, and timelines stay aligned.

• Serve as the daytoday operational partner and "right hand" to the VP of Corporate Services
• Take ownership of operational and coordination responsibilities to free leadership to focus on strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple concurrent application development projects across Finance and Accounting technology teams
• Track project status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deadlines across workstreams
• Maintain clear visibility into what each department is working on and where projects stand
• Drive crossfunctional coordination between technology, finance, and other stakeholders
• Ensure momentum stays high by proactively identifying bottlenecks and keeping initiatives on track
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution in a fastpaced, rapidly evolving application development environment
• Facilitate communication, documentation, and followups to keep "all the balls in the air"

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar chief of staff / righthand role
• Proven experience supporting a senior leader or department head
• Strong track record managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Experience in application development environments; exposure to AIrelated projects is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and followthrough skills
• Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and ownership in a fastmoving team
• Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively across teams and levels

• Background or experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems (helpful but not required)
• Experience working with enterprise technology teams or internal systems development
• Prior exposure to SAP or other largescale enterprise platforms
