Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst provides advanced compensation support to corporate functions and serves as the lead compensation analyst for the LATAM region. This role applies strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and independent judgment to support annual compensation programs, advise stakeholders, and ensure consistent and compliant compensation outcomes.

In addition, this role supports Compensation team programs and initiatives, including participation in annual market pricing activities and job architecture maintenance.



Responsibilities

Client & Regional Compensation Support
    Act as trusted advisor to HR and business groups, providing recommendations on compensation matters that support business goals and ensure market competitiveness regarding application of compensation policies, practices, and guidelines
  • Serve as the primary compensation point of contact for the LATAM region, supporting regional needs while aligning with global compensation programs and policies.
Annual Compensation Processes
  • Support and execute annual compensation processes, including merit, incentive, and equity planning and administration.
  • Participate in annual salary survey activities, including job matching, data review, analysis, and application of market data.
  • Prepare compensation analyses, guidelines, and materials to support decision-making during annual cycles.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation recommendations and outputs.
Programs & Job Architecture Support
  • Contribute to and support Compensation team programs, including plan administration, guideline updates, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain job codes and associated job data, ensuring accurate alignment with compensation structures and job architecture frameworks.
  • Partner with HR and HRIS to support system and data requirements related to job codes, structures, and reporting.
  • Prepare summaries, analyses, and materials for internal stakeholders as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of compensation theory and practice, including market pricing, merit, incentive, and equity programs.
  • Experience supporting corporate functions and/or regional compensation programs.
  • Experience supporting compensation activities in LATAM preferred.
  • Experience participating in annual salary survey processes.
  • Experience supporting job architecture, job codes, or role classification frameworks preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present analyses to stakeholders.
