Description *This role is local, onsite* This role will work in Saint Louis MO This is a pet friendly environment This role works Monday-Thursday, Friday's at home Program Manager Job Description The Program Manager is a strategic project-management professional whose job is actively coordinates several streams of work, timelines between multiple projects, products, and strategic initiatives across an organization. Keeping everything on track and mitigating risks through key stakeholder engagement early and often as needs arise. * Responsible for daily management through the lifecycle of the program and that delivery is on track * Drive work from intake ideation briefing build launch postlaunch * Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between projects and products * Manage and organize resources and documentation across projects * Lead activation status forums, including agenda setting, readiness review, and decision-making. * Align deliverables across the projects and product to the program's outcome * Monitor the progress to ensure milestones are being met across various projects and programs. * Optimize the processes, procedures and reporting to manage the work streams * Manage stakeholders' communication and make sure they are informed * Manage risks and issues related to project delivery items and take corrective measurements with stakeholders * Escalate when a workstream or project needs help to stay on track by proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and resourcing gaps Program Manager skills and qualifications * High-level operational management and leadership skills within the project management space * Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively * Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills * Risk management * Written and verbal communication skills * Teamwork and motivational skills * Organizational and multitasking skills * Strong working knowledge or Jira, Confluence and Workfront Education Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' minimum experience in project or program management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Workfront experience preferred Skills Project management, Program management, Program Lifecycle, Jira, Digital Activation, Team Lead, Workfront Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.63 - $52.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
