Description checks as well as maintaining recruiting reports, new hire reports and scheduling team meetings. This position will also assist with New Hire Orientation and the on-boarding process. Skills applicant tracking systems, onboarding, calendar management Top Skills Details applicant tracking systems,onboarding,calendar management Additional Skills & Qualifications 1.Post job openings and track candidates and interviews. 2.Schedule interviews for hiring managers in multiple locations. 3.Assist in managing 40-150 openings at any given time. 4.Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. 5.Pre-screen, forward and follow-up on resume submittals to Hiring Managers. 6.Track and facilitate testing and professional reference checks. 7.Prepare and present new hire offer letters as well as internal offer letters for promotion and transfers. 8.Submit and keep track pre-employment requests, drug screens and physicals. 9.Assist the recruitment team with meeting overall recruiting goals. 10.Participate in special projects such as recruiting initiatives and team campaigns. 11.Coordinate the scheduling of recruiting meetings, new hire orientation, job fairs, Open Houses and work closely with marketing in preparing collateral for events. 12.Will also support the HR department by providing customer service and support to employees. 13.Will manage and work on special HR assignments and projects as assigned by management. 14.All other duties as directed by management Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304.
