As a Security Officer Access Management in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor entrances, verify credentials, and help manage visitor and staff access while supporting a professional, welcoming atmosphere. This role combines strong customer service, communication, and visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas to help control authorized access, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, paying close attention to access points, sensitive areas, and other security-related concerns.
• Complete required reports and activity logs related to access control events, unusual activity, and/or policy violations, and report concerns to site leadership in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
