The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Louisiana is a specialized, high-impact role focused on driving talent strategy and operational excellence for employees across Louisiana sites. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert on Louisiana-specific employment nuances and workforce development. The role balances strategic talent management with a hands-on presence to ensure high-density site engagement. This role provides insight and advises the organization on opportunities to improve effectiveness through collaboration with HR CoEs and the Global Business Team (GBT).

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead Louisiana-specific talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation by managing HR delivery and maintaining 100% compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Cultivate a highly engaged, high-performance workforce through engagement strategies, consultative coaching for leaders, and retention initiatives.

  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, interpret complex data sets (turnover, tenure, headcount), and utilize digital tools for automated reporting and actionable insights.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an HRBP or relevant professional role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Google Suite; strong data analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.

  • Travel & Physical Requirements: * Must have reliable transportation for regular visitation to various Louisiana locations.

  • Bi-weekly travel between Louisiana sites.

  • Occasional travel to The Woodlands, TX

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
