Description This client is seeking a motivated Technical Quality Analyst / QA Automation professional to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of internal and customerfacing software applications. This role serves as a key bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, validating that systems function as intended before release. Read, analyze, and interpret business and technical requirements Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data Execute manual and automated tests for new and modified software Write, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test scripts Document test results and report defects using a defecttracking system Collaborate with developers and project teams to resolve issues Review test results to ensure applications meet functional and quality standards Maintain test documentation and support continuous improvement efforts Assist with additional QArelated duties as assigned Quality Analysts work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to design and execute test plans, write and maintain test cases (manual and automated), and track defects through resolution Skills Quality assurance, Manual testing, Automation, Selenium, Quality assurance testing, Agile, Test plan, Java, Python, Automation testing Top Skills Details Quality assurance,Manual testing,Automation,Selenium,Quality assurance testing,Agile,Test plan,Java,Python,Automation testing Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with software testing tools and test automation frameworks Ability to work within standard software testing suites Understanding of QA best practices, defect lifecycle, and regression testing Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly Experience working in structured, deadlinedriven environments Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
