Our products include active harmonic filters, passive harmonic filters, drive output filters, line reactors, and other high quality products that increase the value and improve the overall system performance of power inverters.
Join us by "springing" into action to join our energetic, dynamic, technical sales team! As a Sales Support Engineer, you will use your people skills to work with the Sales and Marketing Teams on the full sales cycle, from Customer negotiated pricing, application solutions, and market development. Working with the Regional Managers will provide you with an introduction to the dynamic needs of our customers in an ever changing market. This position will require the incumbent to use their sense of urgency, technical expertise, and efficient systems to provide necessary information to Customers (external and internal).Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Support product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical features and translate them into customer value.
  • Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, webinars, and trade shows (as applicable).
  • Gather feedback from clients to relay to product development teams.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Strong interest in technology and sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Team-oriented, Customer Service minded, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience, internship, or coursework in technical or sales roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in urgent situations, and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a well-organized manner.
  • Ability to work successfully with a minimum amount of direct supervision.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, CRM System (Salesforce.com), Outlook, and Power Point
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Full time Sales Support Engineer requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering PLUS 2 years of experience in Sales or Engineering.
  • Associate Sales Support Engineer Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Sales Support Engineering Intern - Current enrollment at an accredited college or university engineering program (UW-Milwaukee, UW-Madison, MSOE, or equivalent). Junior or Senior standing pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or similar and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
