We are looking for a Manager, Marketing, Film & TV to join our Soundtracks Marketing team.


What you'll do:

  • Drive day-to-day marketing and project management across film and TV soundtracks, presentdetailed marketingcampaigns on top tier projects forpartners/IP owners, analyzewhat'sworking (or not) and being able to pivot based onperformance.
  • Work with internalpartnersandhigh-profileexternal partners tocreate integrated campaigns from start to finish across digital, social and offline platforms.
  • Are comfortable workingsoloandco-leading projectswitha variety of IP-driven soundtrack projects, working with licensors, artist managers, creative partners,publicistsand our digital strategy & content colleagues.
  • Overseecampaign assetcreation, presentation decks, timelines& meta data optimization
  • Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content
  • Collaborate closely with digital and commerce teams to formulate and implement digitaladvertisingplans, social mediarolloutsand DSPadvertisingcampaigns.
  • Managebudgetsand communicate campaignstatuses including sales performance, withbothinternal stakeholders andexternalpartners.
  • Championexisting processes andinitiatenewideasaround campaign development to streamline execution.
  • In collaboration withdigital strategy colleagues,drive soundtrack visibility through social media,influencerpartnerships,giveawaysand fan accounts. Together you will interpretresults and report campaign initiative performance to internalstakeholdersandidentify process optimization opportunities, if any.
  • Cometo the table with disruptive marketing ideas and inspireinnovation across the team, especially in the digital sphere.
  • Strategize release planning andanticipateproject needs in advance of deadlines.
  • Candidate will alsocontribute to creating IPpitchdecksand senior level executive presentations.


Who you are:

  • 4+ years'experience in a marketing positioninthe music industryor broader entertainment space.
  • Strongproficiencyinleveragingsocial mediaplatforms (X, Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.)asstrategicmarketing tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects andoperateeffectively in afast-paced, sometimes high-pressureenvironment.
  • Ability to forge excellent internal communication with team members as well as build excellentinternal and externalprofessional working relationships.
  • Candidates should be creative, innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • You are a team player and are comfortable exchanging and receiving feedback to manifestthe best results.
  • An agile thinker who canshift priorities when and how the situation requires it, showing an adaptability to pivoting thoughts,plansand processes.
  • Advancedknowledgein digital marketing, social media trends/management, CRM, fan engagement&influencer marketing required
  • Familiaritywith meta data optimization
  • Proficiencyin Canva/PowerPoint, Photoshop&AdobeExpressisa plus.
