This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects across the full HR lifecycle, including programs related to talent, performance, rewards, workforce processes, and organizational effectiveness. The Sr. HR Project Manager partners closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to define scope, translate goals into clear project plans, align on outcomes, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure disciplined execution so that projects are delivered on time and with high quality. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $96,000 and $144,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
