Position Summary This Director role is a senior integration leader who drives business value across Digital Workplace products - spanning productivity, endpoint, voice, and collaboration platforms - with a primary focus on leading end-to-end M&A integration execution. From sign-to-close through post-close stabilization, this leader owns the sequenced, cohesive, and user-centric integration experience that brings acquired entities into alignment with enterprise standards and strategy. By bridging target-state technology, process, and change management, this role translates business needs and M&A objectives into clear integration plans that accelerate productivity, reduce friction, and improve adoption. The dedicated M&A focus enables the organization to deliver integration programs more efficiently while allowing product teams to remain concentrated on their roadmaps, lifecycle priorities, and operational demands. Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements M&A Integration Expertise- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology integrations in an acquisition environment, balancing speed with quality and business continuity. Strategic Acumen- Deep understanding of business strategy with the ability to translate strategy into system, technology, and integration solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Hands-On Leadership- Proven experience working in large-scale environments, optimizing business processes to support growth, productivity, and seamless integration of acquired entities. Change Leadership- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, take calculated risks, and drive continuous improvement - especially during periods of organizational transition. Organizational Development- Experience building successful teams and delivering results through improved customer satisfaction, lower production costs, and high levels of employee engagement. Communication & Influence- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers, associates, and executive leadership; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills essential for navigating M&A stakeholder landscapes. Executive Presence & Presentation Skills- Ability to present strategies, integration plans, and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains alignment. Vendor & Partner Management- Ability to establish solid vendor relationships, negotiate effectively, and manage third parties against deliverables - particularly as vendor ecosystems evolve through acquisitions. Program & Project Management- Solid skills including the ability to deploy resources and manage multiple projects of diverse scope in a cross-functional, fast-paced integration environment. Technical Foundations- Knowledge of key technology standards around ITIL, service delivery, and digital workplace platforms (endpoint management, collaboration tools, voice/UC technologies).
