Description

The Account Executive is responsible for overall revenue attainment for service (repair & maintenance) on our OEM equipment. They will serve as the main point of contact with our OEM customers, The Account Executive will have direct interaction with various functional areas including Customer Service, Finance, and Operations. The primary focus is managing contract renewal and successful contract conversion for warranty customers for company manufactured imaging systems. Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible for overall revenue growth of our OEM business, including supporting the sales process of non-service contract revenue through aftermarket sale of parts and equipment.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily.




  • Accounts & Relationship Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers, monitoring performance, goals, and relevant metrics to ensure successful outcomes
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through building strong customer relationships while delivering best-in-class customer service
    • Manage upcoming renewals and warranty expirations
    • Proactively engage with customers to obtain renewal/conversions
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and T&Cs


  • Client Acquisition & Sales

    • Develop strategies to grow revenue organically and through new accounts
    • Identify prospects for new service contracts
    • Present opportunities to key stakeholders
    • Negotiate and close deals for new contracts
    • Manage the onboarding and implementation of new accounts


  • Pipeline Management and Planning

    • Ensure actions are in line with company mission and purpose
    • Track pipeline of revenue opportunities via CRM and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
    • Effectively manage time to deliver productive results in line with target expectations
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
    • Manage new account acquisition, including target identification, pipeline management, and successful sales.


  • Other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in contract negotiation, sales and account management
  • Proven track record of successfully retaining existing account/revenue base
  • Understanding of medical equipment lifecycle and warranty approach for capital equipment
  • Sales experience within a healthcare services sector
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Pipeline development and sales process management experience including management of new accounts

Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA preferred
  • Experience working directly with Health Systems, i.e. Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
  • Knowledge of working with private practice healthcare operator owners
  • Experience negotiating specific health care services contracts, including Terms & Conditions
  • Direct experience in Nuclear Medicine and/or Molecular Imaging
  • Budget creation and development
  • Sales team management
  • Certifications and additional sales training completion



Physical Demands:



  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • 15% standing, 15% walking, 70% sitting



Working Conditions:



  • Work is performed in an office environment
  • 50% travel may be required
