Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Nursing Supervisor to join our Digestive Care team in our Woodbury location and make a difference for our patients and our community.

This role will facilitate the successful functioning of the Digestive Care nursing team through communication, working knowledge of departmental and hospital policy, and rapport with nursing staff, medical staff, and ancillary departments. Additionally, the Supervisor oversees day-to-day operation, provides direct patient care and provides supervision of clinical staff. This position will split time working both in a Charge RN and Supervisor role.

Work Schedule: 1.0 Day shifts. Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors or Master's Degree in Nursing OR Associate's degree in Nursing and currently enrolled in a Baccalaureate degree program in Nursing with an established date of completion required.

* Two years of clinical nursing experience required.

* Two years' experience in nursing leadership (e.g. charge nurse, supervisor, etc.) or leadership position outside of nursing required. Clinical experience and/or Certification in area of specialty preferred.

* Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota.

* Demonstrates at the time of employment and every two years thereafter, competency in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and ACLS.
