Job Description Photographer 4730 N Service Dr, Winona, MN 55987 HEADP Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Photographer, you will work with a close knit team of writers, videographers, designers and coordinators on wide-ranging projects from carefully planned productions to live events. In this position, you will take ownership of your projects from beginning to end and showcase your talent to Fastenal employees and customers around the world. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: oParticipating in creative sessions to develop ad concepts oPlanning and executing location photography at company and customer facilities oProviding product photography for monthly promos and other marketing materials oOrganizing and executing portrait photography of company leadership oCapturing photos of company events including trade shows and sponsored sports events oPreparing and enhancing images using Photoshop oManaging photo releases and approvals oManaging photos in our digital asset manager oMaintaining camera equipment, including lights, lenses and tripods oRecording, editing and publishing video messages from company leadership oAssisting with other video projects as needed REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: oPossess a current valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements oPossess professional photography experience oPossess experience using Photoshop oExcellent written and oral communication skills oFamiliarity with non-linear editing (Premiere, After Effects or similar) oDemonstrate working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite oDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities oProficient using lighting, lenses and techniques oWork independently as well as in a team environment oWillingness to travel oDemonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork oPass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: oPrevious experience with interactive design elements and motion graphics oPossess a professional photography portfolio ABOUT US: Since 1967 Fastenal has grown as a distributor of industrial and construction supplies from a single branch to a Fortune 500 company with over 3,000 servicing locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers. COMPENSATION: The base pay range for this position is $52,800 - 56,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission. | |
