We're looking for experienced Nursing Home Administrators interested in exciting interim leadership opportunities! As an NHA Consultant, you'll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

Your Impact as a Nursing Home Administrator:

• Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes to improve client operations.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist with staff recruitment and selection of key management roles as needed.
• Provide leadership and consulting support as defined by the client.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of assignment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an NHA.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility for project-based assignments nationwide.
