General Summary: Clinical Pharmacist IB delivers complex clinical pharmacy services, providing comprehensive medication order review, therapeutic assessment, and clinical support to patient care teams. Demonstrates deeper clinical expertise, manages more complex medication-related issues, and ensures compliance with formulary and drug-use policies. Serves as a key clinical resource for providers and nurses and contributes to quality improvement and practice advancement initiatives. Provides support for onboarding and training of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy learners, and pharmacists. Minimum Education and Experience: * Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy resulting in Pharm D. or BS degree. Shift: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts. Weekend and holiday work is also necessary. Salary Range: Minimum 57.42/hour - Maximum 94.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
