Role Summary

The Marketing Segment Manager leads the development and execution of strategic marketing plans that drive growth and measurable results. This role partners across teams to create customer-focused campaigns that increase revenue and deepen relationships. It offers strong visibility, cross-functional leadership, and opportunities to influence business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans aligned to product and business unit goals

  • Build business cases with clear ROI expectations using past performance and market insights

  • Partner with senior leaders to support strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities

  • Analyze customer and prospect data to uncover insights and optimize targeting strategies

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centered campaigns

  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels including digital, email, social, and print

  • Measure campaign performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

  • Innovate new approaches to acquire, retain, and deepen customer relationships

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, finance, or product roles within banking or financial services

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

  • 2+ years of strong analytical experience including forecasting, budgeting, and data insights

  • 2+ years of experience understanding market dynamics, products, and competitive landscape

  • 2+ years of experience developing marketing strategies and business cases with measurable outcomes
