POSITION SUMMARY : The Coding Validation Specialist assists the Coding Managers with oversight and evaluation of coding functions including efficiency, accuracy, continuing education needs and overall coding quality. This individual determines individual education needs of coders and collaborates with department manager and CDCI Coding Trainer and Educator to develop appropriate training materials. This position would oversee the administration of the education plan/training necessary, evaluating the effectiveness of the education plan or performance improvement plans, providing feedback to Coding Manager. Compensation Range: $56,000.00- $78,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
