Sr Mgr Seasons Growth Strategy Posted Date: Jun 3, 2026 Requisition Number: 128827 Position Title: Sr Mgr Seasons Growth Strategy Position Location: Hershey, PA/Remote Summary: The portfolio architect will have primary responsibility for shaping multi-year growth visions across seasons and crafting annual operating growth algorithms to deliver top and bottom-line growth. Responsibilities: 1. 3Y Growth Vision: Establishes and socializes a 3Y growth vision across seasons that defines where to play and how to win - grounded in consumer insights, cultural relevance, portfolio strengths, and financial ambition. 2. Annual Growth Algorithm: Develops and owns an annual operating growth algorithm that translates longterm vision into specific levers across building block levers. 3. Seasons Connectivity: Ensures tight integration between teams shaping portfolio news (portfolio creators) and those activating the season (seasons activation). 4. Leadership Communication: Effectively socializes seasonal growth strategies with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams, ensuring shared understanding, commitment, and clarity on priorities. 5.
