Internet Gaming Analyst FT

Responsibilities:

• Works in conjunction with multiple internal & external partners to maintain, track & review account activity and platform processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adheres to all internal controls and regulatory compliance for online gaming and sports operations and accounting thereof.
• Review all online and sports promotions.
• Conducts reviews of patron information and transactions for suspicious activity - Title 31.
• Reviews platform fraud and risk reports and prepares for manager for review and submit as needed.
• Reviews the exclusion and self-exclusion accounts against NJ prohibited players on the online platforms.
• Maintains an accurate list of all online approved games.
• Maintains an accurate list of all test accounts.
• Prepares and submits DGE reporting ($50K Jackpots, KPI & CSKPI)
• Reviews new games for release note submission/approval - DGE.
• Complies with all Title 26 requirements as they related to W2G and 1099 reporting - Online gaming.
• Utilizes technology effectively to accomplish objectives.
• Investigates and resolved DGE patron complaints; maintain patron complaint database.
• Follows all procedures in compliance with Internal Controls and New Jersey regulations.
• Works diligently to support Bally's culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
• Maintains confidentiality of all Company trade secrets and proprietary information including business processes, customer lists, marketing plans and any other confidential information.
• Any additional duties as requested.

Work Environment:

  This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level is usually moderate.

  
  

Target Salary Range:

• $23.00 Hourly
