Store Allocations Specialist (2 positions open)

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Responsible for executing initial allocations and supporting in-season replenishment to drive profitable sales and optimal inventory flow across all Concept Stores. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right product, in the right quantity, is available in the right location at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Execute initial store allocations in alignment with assortment strategies and store sales plans
  • Support in-season replenishment by monitoring weekly performance KPIs and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory flow
  • Analyze inventory needs by chain, region, district, store, and store clusters (e.g., size, climate, seasonality, capacity) to support budget and sales objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure allocation decisions support overall commercial and operational goals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong working relationships with others.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an intermediate skill level in Excel.
  • Problem solving mindset and uses their critical thinking skills to identify and resolve



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or 1- 2 years typical relevant work experience


  • Experience with Retail and/or Merchandising preferred
  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods of time
  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
