Responsibilities

The Total Rewards Analyst provides highvolume administrative support for the organization's compensation and benefits programs, while contributing to broader HR operations and customer service. This role processes benefitrelated payroll and invoices, responds to employee benefits questions, manages the Leave of Absence process, and supports compensation activities such as promotions, salary surveys, and project work.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (3 years)
  • 1-2 years of related experience in Human Resources, with handson exposure to compensation, benefits or HR program support (promotions, pay changes, benefit changes, leave of absence)
  • Experience performing high volume clerical, administrative, and transactional HR work, including data entry, record maintenance, and employee support
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employees and managers with HR inquiries, policies, and processes
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and compensation administration concepts
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines (benefits, leave of absence, compensation support, and HR operations) within a single role
  • Experience working with HRIS, benefits administration platforms, payroll systems, or thirdparty leave vendors
