Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring an Omnichannel Analyst based in Bedford, NH.

The Omnichannel Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the strategic development, seamless execution, and performance analysis of integrated \"bricks & clicks\" marketing programs. As a key member of the Omnichannel Marketing team, this position drives shopper engagement, optimizes retail-focused initiatives, and maximizes return on investment (ROI) across both physical and digital channels. The Analyst will take direct ownership of the omnichannel budget, manage end-to-end coupon execution, support volume forecasting, and deliver comprehensive post-program analyses to fuel data-driven decision-making. Collaborating cross-functionally with Omnichannel Activation, Finance, and agency partners, this role ensures all commercial programs align with the company's broader growth objectives and values.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Lead comprehensive post-program analyses for major omnichannel campaigns across key retail accounts, partnering with Finance and Trade Planning to deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Analyze coupon effectiveness across multiple offer types, platforms, products, and customer segments to identify performance trends and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Assist with volume forecasting and financial reporting to provide clear visibility into business risks and opportunities versus budget and historical performance.
  • Own bi-monthly, Excel-based budget reconciliation, comparing actual spend against allocations to ensure strict adherence to financial targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing workflow and maintain highly accurate financial tracking systems for internal stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end coupon management process, including identifying field sales requirements, defining strategic offer types, and initiating barcode and creative development.
  • Track coupon redemptions and conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure the overall financial and commercial impact.
  • Partner with the retail execution team to coordinate the production and in-store implementation of printed coupons, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and other retail components.
  • Translate complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable business recommendations to help shape future commercial strategy.
  • Serve as the dedicated, go-to resource for all omnichannel budget and coupon-related activities within the Lactalis Yogurt business unit.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for Sales leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and agency partners on all budget tracking and coupon execution matters.
  • Leverage strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional priorities and adapt seamlessly to evolving business needs.

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (advanced degree preferred).
  • 1+ years of analytically focused work experience in CPG Marketing or Sales; experience in Finance, Sales Planning, or Shopper Marketing is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and evaluating program ROI.
  • Experience with syndicated market data and panel tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, Numerator, HH Panel, SPINS) is a plus.
  • Budget Planning & Forecasting: Ability to organize the planning and control process, managing budgets and forecasts in strict alignment with corporate strategies and business needs.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to rigorously analyze data and complex situations, identify cause-and-effect relationships, synthesize relevant information to make effective decisions, and translate data insights into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative and open-minded partner who works effectively across functions and organizational levels, prioritizing team success and collective goals.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, practice active listening, and engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels and departments.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong foundational understanding of overall business operations and financial management principles.
  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to structure complex problems, develop actionable solutions, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Agility & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure, and proactively identify potential roadblocks before they impact deadlines; brings a positive, \"can-do\" approach to daily challenges.
