It develops licensing strategies that align with brand identity, market positioning, and long-term growth objectives. Oversees contract negotiation, royalty structures, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to licensing agreements and protection of IP rights. Implements governance frameworks, and performance metrics to maintain brand consistency and quality across licensed products. The role serves as the COE for Licensing, collaborates with legal, marketing, and product teams to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive innovation through brand extensions and co-branded initiatives. Champions licensing as a growth lever, enabling brand expansion, market diversification, and long-term value creation through trusted Licensee partners. Responsibilities
