We're looking for a VAS Activation Coordinator, Embedded Finance to join our ever evolving Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business through Embedded Finance solutions.

About the role:

The VAS Activation Coordinator is responsible for driving successful activation and revenue realization for Worldpay for Platforms Value Added Services (VAS) offerings, including Embedded Finance solutions. This role begins at deal close and focuses on converting signed opportunities into fully launched, revenue-generating programs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Partner Success, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to design and execute activation plans that accelerate time-to-launch and time-to-revenue. The VAS Activation Coordinator will work closely with Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and Cross-Sales teams to ensure alignment between deal expectations and execution, while driving partner enablement, campaign activation, and ongoing performance optimization.

This individual will have a strong understanding of the Platforms VAS product suite and will serve as a key execution leader responsible for delivering measurable partner outcomes. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll own:
  • Own the post-sale activation lifecycle for Value Added Services (VAS), including Embedded Finance solutions, from contract signature through go-live and revenue generation
  • Develop and manage detailed activation plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Partner with PSMs and Sales teams to ensure seamless transition from deal close to activation, maintaining alignment on partner expectations and objectives
  • Work closely with Implementation teams to track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery and launch
  • Drive partner enablement by supporting training, internal readiness, and positioning of VAS and Embedded Finance solutions
  • Design and execute activation campaigns in partnership with Marketing, including email, in-product, and sales-driven outreach strategies to drive adoption
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance through ongoing analysis of adoption, engagement, and revenue metrics
  • Track and report on key activation KPIs, including time-to-launch, time-to-first revenue, and adoption rates, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve activation processes, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-value
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation teams for activation success
  • Support continuous improvement of VAS and Embedded Finance offerings by providing feedback based on partner performance and activation insights
  • Manage a portfolio of partners post-launch to ensure sustained growth, increased adoption, and long-term revenue contribution
What you bring:
  • Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or related industries with a focus on customer success, account management, operations, or go-to-market execution
  • Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and drive execution against timelines and deliverables
  • Experience supporting product launches, partner onboarding, or activation initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office technologies, Salesforce experience a plus

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $34.04-$50.12. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
