(1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM) (3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 10 PM - 6 AM)

• Minimum 6 months forklift experience required (1+ year warehouse experience preferred)
• Comfortable working with computers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate cycle counts
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse documentation tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and professional workplace behavior
• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock issues
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials to support warehouse flow
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift required) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation (pick sheets, BOLs, returns, etc.)
• Support automated packing systems and production flow as needed
• Assist supervisor with daily inventory and logistics needs
• Follow all safety procedures and performance standards
