Our Development Engineering Technician Supervisor - CD Shift manages the Development Engineering Technicians to support the ATS Engineering team. This individual will assess team members' performance, providing training, coaching, and overall management. As the Supervisor, you will ensure department targets are achieved per plans and will work directly with team members, and other departmental leaders, as required to determine improvements to processes.



Responsibilities:



  • Hire, train, and supervise ATS Development Engineering Techs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ATS and Wafer Services departments.
  • Publish a daily ATS PLL/Hold summary to the ATS Engineering team.
  • Assist ATS techs in troubleshooting and disposition of non-conforming material and/or engineering experiments.
  • Utilize continuous improvement and engage colleagues within the ATS group to eliminate waste and improve product quality.
  • Maintain and publish, quarterly, an ATS Development Technician Skills Matrix for all fab toolsets.
  • Strive to become the quality gate responsible for approving area non-cons and drive area improvements (Engineering SOP specs, OCAPs, and SPC charts).



Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' experience in a semiconductor fabrication facility or Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 1+ years of formal leadership experience
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Prior experience using effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Not a morning person? No problem! This position is on CD Shift. This means, Thursday through Saturday, and every other Wednesday, 12pm (noon) -12:15am.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in STEM


U.S. Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

The annual salary range for this role is $78,240 - $117,360. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
