      What You Will Do:



      • Bring training to life: Lead engaging classroom and handson sessions that help service teams and customers build confidence with equipment.
      • Build meaningful experiences: Create and refine training materials for Wirtgen equipment and John Deere systems that make complex topics easier to understand.
      • Be a goto technical resource: Support teams and customers with guidance and troubleshooting when questions come up.
      • Stay connected to the field: Work with technicians to understand trends and bring realworld issues into training.

        What You Will Need:



        • Experience training others: Background in training, coaching, or teaching in a technical environment.
        • Strong technical foundation: Knowledge of heavy equipment systems like engines, hydraulics, and electrical components.
        • Techsavvy: Comfortable using computers and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
        • Willingness to travel: Ability to travel up to 50% to support training across locations.
        • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
