How You'll Contribute: The Executive Support & Video Production Technician provides specialized technical and production support to Creative Element Studio, with a primary focus on enabling executive level, studio, and enterprise production needs. This role operates at the intersection of Creative Element delivery and diversified technical support, ensuring reliable execution, technical readiness, and high quality production outcomes across studio, event, and executive support environments. The role is execution focused and service oriented, emphasizing technical reliability, responsiveness, and production excellence, while operating within clearly defined Creative Element workflows, standards, and boundaries. What You'll Do: Executive & Priority Production Support: Provide technical and production support for executive level meetings, events, and communications, including setup, operation, monitoring, and teardown Ensure readiness and reliability of production environments supporting leadership engagements and priority business moments Serve as on site technical support during live or high visibility productions, escalating issues as needed to ensure continuity and quality Studio & Production Operations: Support Creative Element Studio production delivery across video, live production, events, and related technical workflows Operate production equipment, systems, and tools in alignment with Creative Element standards and safety requirements Assist with execution of production tasks before, during, and after studio or event deliverables Contribute to consistent, repeatable production execution through adherence to documented workflows and procedures Technical Execution & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues affecting production environments in real time Partner with Creative Element producers, specialists, and technicians to ensure smooth handoffs and execution Maintain awareness of production dependencies, risks, and constraints that could impact delivery What You'll Bring: Education & Certifications: High School Diploma/ GED Required Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Video Broadcasting, Theatre, Event Planning preferably in a corporate environment Strong technical aptitude in production and live support environments High attention to detail and commitment to quality and reliability Ability to remain calm and effective in live, time sensitive situations Clear communication and collaborative working style Comfort operating within defined workflows, escalation paths, and role boundaries Ability to move 50-75lbs of equipment. Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.
