Job Overview:

Lead and manage daily Lodge operations, including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, implementation, and compliance with all TSP policies and standards. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospitality and guest services, lodging and cabin accommodations and reservations, food and beverage operations, and conference reservations using the appropriate tracking systems.

• Ensure efficient and profitable functioning of the Lodge's day-to-day operations, including labor, productivity, and revenue generation. Work in a hands-on capacity, assisting in all Lodge operations as needed.

• Focus on hiring, training, and retaining service-oriented staff. Provide coaching, training, motivation, and evaluations of staff, with a focus on excellent customer service.

• Oversee risk management by ensuring compliance with local, state and federal health and safety guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree is preferred, and applicants must have at least six years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a minimum of two years in a role such as Assistant General Manager, Room Operations Manager, or a similar position in a full-service hotel or resort that features dining outlets and meeting spaces.
