As stewards of the resources in our parks, we seek to manage Tennessee's state parks to preserve and protect valued resources and provide a balance of services and benefits for the enjoyment of the people. Job Overview: Lead and manage daily Lodge operations, including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, implementation, and compliance with all TSP policies and standards. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns. Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is preferred, and applicants must have at least six years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a minimum of two years in a role such as Assistant General Manager, Room Operations Manager, or a similar position in a full-service hotel or resort that features dining outlets and meeting spaces.
