Focused on the firm's continued growth and adaptability. This internally facing role will manage existing projects to improve client service capabilities as well as design new systems that streamline and scale core internal operations across departments. As such, the role is well suited for someone who enjoys critical thinking and can strike a balance between big-picture goals and detailed execution. The compensation for this position will vary by location., Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
