Join our corporate sales team - at the movies! We mean that literally, as your office will overlook the lobby at our Majestic Cinema of Brookfield Theatre off Springdale Road in Waukesha. The Sales Coordinator is part of a two-person team responsible for supporting Marcus Theatres product sales, including gift cards, discount tickets, Marcus Passports, platinum tickets, merchandise, fundraising programs, and student motivation programs. This role is responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment while delivering high-level customer service and supporting sales growth. The Sales Coordinator partners closely with our Guest Service team, field theatre teams, and internal corporate teams to support both customer needs and operational execution across multiple systems. This position is based out of the Majestic Cinema in Waukesha, WI and is an in-office role. This is a full-time position, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break. Flexibility is required for overtime opportunities, occasional weekends during peak sales periods, some holidays, and during major promotions. This position is part of the Operations team at Marcus Theatres and reports directly to the Director of Retail Sales & Guest Service. What you will be doing:
