Overview The Systems Integration Specialist is a hands-on technical role responsible for the operational stability, configuration, planning and support of enterprise point solutions that integrate with core ERP and business systems. This position requires broad, well-rounded technical skills across application support, operating systems, infrastructure services (including Azure cloud), integrations, and troubleshooting. The primary focus of the role is day-to-day administration and support of the Hyland OnBase platform. In addition, the specialist participates in a shared enterprise application support model, providing cross-coverage for other ERP-adjacent systems, document management solutions, managed file transfer, integration tools, and automation platforms. The role includes participation in robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes. Automation is an important capability within the role. Success in this position depends on strong foundational IT knowledge, analytical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate effectively across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.
