| Position Highlights |
As a Coordinator, Assessment-Evaluation, you will implement and monitor assessment plans and processes to support the curriculum and student progression. You will be responsible for aiding faculty, students and leadership in the assessment and evaluation process, data collection and institutional outcomes reporting. This position interfaces with all other departments, including basic science and clinical faculty, other OAE staff, instructional technology, student development, and foundational & clerkship curriculum staff. This position collaborates with and supports the faculty/staff in system navigation and on-boarding. Supports the data collection process with timely completion of tasks, professional communications and follow up to meet accreditation standards. Must be able to handle multiple deadlines, accurately report and manipulate data, collaborate with other departments, and act as a technical resource to faculty, staff and students. The ideal candidate for this position would have a high attention to detail, self-starter and utilize software systems. This is an in person position. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Coordinate activities of assessment and evaluation to ensure compliance with policies and meet accreditation standards.
- Monitor assessment plans and processes to ensure timely progression through the curriculum.
- Interact with students, faculty, staff regarding program objectives, timing and completion of assessment and evaluation requirements.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal stakeholders.
- Support and troubleshoot technology issues, on-board faculty and staff, resolve technology issues with CMS and use of assessment software.
- Prepare comprehensive technical communications to ensure clear understanding of our processes.
- Create and update instructions and clearly communicate due dates.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to support the successful completion of clinical and foundational assessment.
- Use software systems to gather and maintain data.
- Maintain and protect confidential data.
- Collaborate with staff, faculty and students as a technical resource, train on assessment methodologies and software.
- Work closely with clinical partners to meet goals of department.
- Support and resource committee meetings, weekly team meetings and activities of the department.
- Organize and prepare minutes, notes and maintain documents for team.
- Coordinate room reservations, monthly meetings and special events for department.

- Knowledge of operation of standard computer, headphones, audio-visual equipment, etc.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to perform multiple activities in a dynamic environment that can have changing priorities and frequent interruptions.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Experience in higher education or education.
- Experience with Office 365 Sharepoint, One45 or other curriculum management system.
- Experience with shared drive system, cloud computing.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory and/or retail.
- One year experience of administrative support or customer service.
- Minimum of one year experience in office setting, coordination, or time management role.
