Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Design, standardize, and continuously improve taste manufacturing systems as part of the Manufacturing Technology (MT) group.

  • Generate user requirement and specification documents to support new equipment procurement and CAPEX execution.

  • Provide project management support for strategic CAPEX projects within Taste Operations.

  • Participate in and help organize new technology trials across Taste manufacturing sites.

  • Connect subject matter experts (SMEs) with crossfunctional project teams throughout Taste Ops.

  • Facilitate strong collaboration between Manufacturing Technology and R&D stakeholders on new technical solutions.

  • Explore and evaluate new technologies with potential application in Taste Ops through supplier engagement and technical expos.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related technical discipline).

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, process engineering, or manufacturing technology initiatives.

  • Exposure to CAPEX projects, including equipment specification, procurement, and execution support.

  • Strong project coordination or project management skills in a manufacturing or technical environment.

  • Ability to translate stakeholder and SME input into clear, structured technical documentation.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Manufacturing, R&D, and external suppliers.

  • Comfortable evaluating new technologies and engaging with equipment and systems vendors.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience in food, flavor, fragrance, or consumer goods manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with global manufacturing standards, equipment qualification, or process standardization.

  • Handson involvement in technology trials or pilot-scale manufacturing initiatives.
