Marketing Coordinator

Join UI Health Care's Marketing and Communications department as a Marketing Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

* Implementmarketing and communication strategiesfor specific campaignsand UI Health Care departments.

• Know and understand brand management principles. Demonstrate brand consistency in assigned projects.
• Coordinate execution of campaign tactics and provide support and services for clients.
• Support the success of the Kid Captainprogram,throughproject tracking and approvals, serving asliaisonfor families during gameday weeklogisticsandassistingwith thelogisticsand planning of Kids' Dayin August 2026.
• Coordination of assets for Hawkeye Athletics sponsorship
• Communicate campaign deliverables,objectives, and timelines to the Marketing Communications team and coordinate the production and dissemination of campaign assets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant communications, marketing, publicrelationsor administrative support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends, when needed
• Ability to hold a valid driver's license, plus the ability to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Safety Program driving standards

Duration: This temporary position will last approximately 6 months.

FTE: 50% - 100% time

Core business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional nights and weekends required

Pay level: 3A
