Strategist Reporting Capabilities Posted Date: May 15, 2026 Requisition Number: 128906 Job title: Strategist Reporting Capabilities Job location: Hershey, PA or Remote Summary This role sits at the intersection of analytics, IS/data platforms, and business decisionmaking. The role owns the delivery of analytics and automation initiatives that translate enterprise data into actionable business insights, partnering closely with IS and business stakeholders. Responsibilities 1. Own endtoend analytics delivery that drives business decisions- Lead analytics initiatives from problem definition through insight delivery, ensuring outputs translate into clear, actionable business recommendations. 2. Translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions- Partner with stakeholders to convert business questions into analytical approaches and solutions that can scale across teams, customers, or enterprise reporting platforms. 3. Partner with IS to design, access, and mine enterprise data platforms- Work closely with Information Services, data architects, and data scientists to access and mine enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks), validate data structures, and enable scalable data solutions. 4. Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, trusted, and decisionready- Apply strong data validation, quality checks, and context awareness to ensure insights are reliable, scalable, and trusted by business users. 5. Enable innovation and continuous improvement through analytics- Challenge the status quo by leveraging analytical tools, testandlearn approaches, and new capabilities to identify growth opportunities and improve how analytics are delivered.
