Job Title: Supply Chain Finance Analyst / Financial Analyst

Location(s): Buffalo Grove, IL
(Hybrid: 2 to 3 days onsite preferred)

Work Schedule:

• Remote candidates may be considered if all required skills are met.
• Must work CST hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• No travel required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Associate Degree preferred OR High School Diploma with strong relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required:
  • Formulas
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data Analysis
• Experience with Fieldglass for timekeeping preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Exposure to reporting, analytics, automation, or Power BI preferred.

Position Overview:
Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Works with finance and operational teams to support accurate and timely reporting while assisting with both routine and non-routine financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor financial and operational processes.
• Support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to identify inconsistencies and priority issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting activities.
• Support development and improvement of business processes and reporting methods.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
