Proven to Perform. We are currently hiring a Senior Leader for our Mill Products Department in our Albany Operations manufacturing plant. This is a day shift position and reports to the Manager of Operations. The Senior Leader is responsible for coordinating Mill Products operations to produce quality products in a safe, environmentally sensitive, and efficient manner. The Senior Leader will lead, motivate, train, and supervise Front Line Leaders and support operations employees to improve all aspects of operations through the use of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools and through positive collaboration with other departments across both Albany, Oregon plant sites.
