Job Summary:

The Regional Manager, Community Program Delivery, is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a slate of community-based programs within a specific region. This role ensures programs are delivered with quality, cultural relevance, and responsiveness to community needs. The Manager coordinates with internal partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders to achieve high-impact programming aligned with organizational goals.

Location Requirements

This is aMarket-based rolesupporting ourWest Region. While the role offersflexibility in work location, to be considered a candidate must reside within the region the position supports (or have plans to relocate) to ensure strong local engagement and accessibility.

Preferred locations include: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico

Work is primarily performed remotely, however, when possible and necessary, teams meet in person to conduct the business of the organization and build team relationships.

Compensation | Benefits:

The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $80,168, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

* Most West region locations: $55,000 - $65,000
* California: up to $70,000
* Washington: up to $80,168

Final offers will be based on the candidate'sgeographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.

Main Responsibilities:

Program Execution

  • Plan and deliver a portfolio of in-person programs that meet regional community needs and are inclusive of volunteer engagement.

  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, site selection, speaker/facilitator support, and accessibility accommodations.

  • Ensure program content is implemented with fidelity and cultural responsiveness.

  • Support volunteer leaders and community partners in program execution.

Community Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, volunteers, and participants.

  • Collaborate with regional Development teams to enhance visibility and reach.

  • Partner with Digital Program and Volunteer Engagement colleagues to ensure complementary offerings.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation

  • Track participation, satisfaction, and impact measures for assigned programs.

  • Collect community and participant feedback to inform improvements.

  • Apply lessons learned to strengthen future program delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience delivering community-based or health education programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, education, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communicator with ability to engage diverse communities and partners.

  • Familiarity with data tracking, feedback collection, and program evaluation.

  • Commitment to advancing equity and inclusion in community engagement.
