Job Summary: The Clinical Administration Manager (CAM) supports Behavioral Health programs across all Clinic locations by leading certification and licensing activities, managing PHI requests, and ensuring administrative functions meet regulatory and contractual requirements. Under the direction of the Director of Quality & Innovation, the CAM oversees service delivery applications, memorandums of understanding, and clinical recordrequest processes to ensure compliance with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and Joint Commission standards. The CAM exercises sound clinical judgment to support highquality service delivery while minimizing organizational risk. This role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain strong communication and support for staff and agency decisions. The CAM promotes operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and crossdepartmental collaboration to ensure the Clinic meets or exceeds standards of quality care. This role requires a dynamic and innovative leader to support the administrative requirements for a variety of programs and contracts. Requirements:
Position Location: North Hills, CA (Travel required to all office locations, including Commerce and Lancaster). Salary Range: $96,037 - $113,350 per year (based on years of supervisory experience). Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period. Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
