Location: Charlotte, NC - REMOTE
Duration: 12 Month

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings to include tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Build strong communication channels with client and internal departments such as Planning & Partnerships, Submarket - RE Specialist, External Vendors, Central Legal Team (CLT) with the ability to provide custom reporting, monthly dashboards, schedule integration and metrics/SPI management.
  • Develops project plans that include resource, time and budget estimates for all project phases and milestones for internal and external parties.
  • Develops and maintains project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads.
  • Facilitates team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed.
  • Builds strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments.
  • Tracks tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports.
  • Ensures smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • Contract Compliance - Ability to use AI to evaluate adherence to contract templates.
  • Identify deviations and the adverse impact they might have on the company. 2-4 years
  • Contract Negotiations - Be a liaison between Vendors/ Legal/Submarket /other Stakeholders and Leadership for the purpose of securing Contract Amendments. 3-5 years
  • Communication Skills - Ability to run Vendor meetings to review individual project status; create and manage trackers to show Work In Progress and update daily; Communicate via email/slack/phone calls with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation/record keeping. 3-5 years
  • Data Analysis - Ability to produce reports and analyze data to provide leadership insight into program status.
  • Provide management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks. 3-5 years
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience using Google Apps - Mail/Docs/Sheets/Meets/Drive/Slides, etc
  • Use of AI tools (Gemini; Workbook LM, etc) to create reports, presentations and compare documents
  • Prior Experience at as RE Specialist - Network; Engineering Specialist - Network/RE; Principle Engineer - Network/RE
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience
