Job Title: Practice Coordinator

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

Job Summary:
Seeking a Practice Coordinator to support a high-volume Hematology, Blood & Marrow Transplant, and Cellular Therapy clinic. This is a fully patient-facing role requiring strong customer service skills, reliable onsite attendance, and the ability to manage both front desk operations and incoming patient communications in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate clinic calendars.
• Perform front desk and administrative support duties.
• Assist patients with check-in, registration, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Support daily clinic operations in a high-volume setting.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional demeanor and dependable onsite attendance.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and patient interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic/APeX preferred.
• Prior experience in patient-facing or front desk healthcare roles is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

• Approximately 300 patients seen in clinic per day.
• Strong preference for candidates with APeX training/experience.
• Candidates without APeX experience may still be considered based on overall skill set and customer service background.

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• No Weekends.
