About This Role

We are seeking a full-time Compliance & Ethics Specialist who is passionate about advancing iRhythm's mission through meaningful communication, using data to tell a story, and partnering cross-functionally to support ethical, patient-centered outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights and using data to create impactful presentations, dashboards, and communications that influence decision-making across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling presentations, executive communications, and data visualizations that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze trends, metrics, and program data to identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally to support organizational initiatives through effective communication, reporting, and project coordination
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials, educational content, and presentations to support awareness and adoption of key initiatives
  • Create polished slide decks, briefing materials, and reports for senior leadership meetings and presentations
  • Support project management activities including tracking deliverables, timelines, action items, and follow-up activities
  • Conduct research and synthesize findings into concise, audience-appropriate summaries and recommendations
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting, communication effectiveness, workflow efficiency, and scalability
  • Develop creative communication strategies and materials that drive engagement and reinforce organizational priorities and culture
  • Maintain organized documentation, reporting, and program records with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team environment

About you

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 1 year and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) required or must obtain within one year of hire

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong ability to synthesize data and complex information into executive-ready insights and materials
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, and visual storytelling materials
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects, initiatives, or operational programs
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve workflows and communication effectiveness
  • Experience with project management methodologies preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels

Work Environment / Other Requirements

  • May require occasional travel for meetings, training, or team events (up to 10%)
  • While primarily remote, this role may occasionally require in-office presence
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Role may include occasional extended working hours
  • Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$74,000.00 - $93,000.00
